Vacancy - Morningside

We currently have one vacancy available immediately in our young and dynamic
architectural practice, located in Morningside, Durban. We are looking for an individual that
is self motivated and driven and must be capable of handling Stages 1 – 6 independently
and work under pressure. If you are looking to further your career and working experience,

Requirements for this Post:
• Recent working experience in the Architectural field, with at least one year working
directly on government projects and their documentation requirements. Minimum
Three (3) years at a recognised University or Technikon, however, a completed
Degree or Diploma would be preferred.
• Indepth knowledge of the Client Architect Agreements and JBCC Contracts.
• You will be required to chair meetings and run projects successfully on site:
comprehensive project management, contract documentation and site supervision
experience is a must.
• Archicad 20 test may be conducted: the candidate will be required to reproduce a
basic set of construction drawings.
• A valid drivers licence.
• Must have your own vehicle - to transport yourself to meetings (travel reimbursed).
• Experience in attending tender briefings and filling in tender documents.
• You must submit your required salary expectation.
• Registered with SACAP.
• Work well with others.
• Traceable references.
• 6 month contract based employment with the possibility of full time employment.
